******Our office is TEMPORARILY MOVING to Sherwood Park on MAY 13 2024 for an estimated 3 months until the permanent Edmonton location is built******
The temporary location is in the Granada Dental Clinic, located at 101 Granada Blvd #201, Sherwood Park AB T8A 4W2. The clinic is on the main floor of a small strip mall and there is free parking in the parking lot in front of the building.
Appointment
The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone (780-757-7790) or complete an online appointment request.
Payment Options
We accept payment from Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, and Cheques. We do not accept American Express. If finances are a concern, a payment plan can be made with our business manager Maddison. All payment plans need to be documented and signed before treatment has begun and only apply for surgical appointments. Please be advised that the Dederich Dental Clinic does not accept assignment from insurance companies. Payment in full is due at each visit. However, as a courtesy we are happy to print out insurance claims for you so that you may send them in. Electronic primary insurance submissions will be sent when possible.
Dental Insurance
The Dederich Dental Clinic does not accept assignment (Direct Bill); Payment is to be received at the time of service. If you bring your insurance information, we will help assist you with submitting your insurance claim so that your insurance company can reimburse you. Some insurance companies allow us to submit claims and pre-determinations electronically, we will do this when possible. Claims sent electronically are processed sooner. If you are curious as to what your insurance covers, ask us to send a Pre-Determination at least 2 weeks ahead of the treatment date. The Dederich Dental Clinic is not responsible for insurance claims or coverage, however, if they have any dental related questions, Dederich Dental staff would be more than happy to help answer such questions!
